So, after finishing the original species meme, I decided to for serious finish a template for my own specie sheets I've been meaning to do for years.

I made it in the style of a meme, so it'll be easy to just fill in.

As you can see, it's a large template covering pretty much anything you could want to know about a specie. It's specifically for intelligent and technology advanced alien beings, but I guess it could be used for other creatures too.

You can use this too! I'm feeling generous, and I thought I could share this with everyone who want a ref sheet template for an alien/fantasy race.

You can adjust it to fit your needs if you want to.

Name & party
Erase the "specie name" text and write the name of your specie here. Do the same for the Alliance/Empire/party section too. Since my own races are divided into different parties, alliances and empires, I included this section as well. If your race doesn't belong to any particular group, you could just write down allies and enemies here, or just keep it empty.
Oh, and feel free to change colors and decorate this area! I lef it grey for easy modifications.

Biology section
This section concentrate on the biology of your race. Here you can put a fullbody picture of your race in the empty area (make them stand on the dark circle!) and write and draw in the boxes and circles. The small circles are meant to write in, but the boxes you can write or draw.
School age is the age at which the race usually begins primary school (or other education), and legal age is the age when the specie becomes a legal adult.
The info box is where you can write down any additional info, such as if the race has extra strength or has some cool power, or maybe just their overall temperament.

Origin section
Here you'll draw and write info about the homeworld of your race.
Star spectral types indicates what type of star it is. You can read more about it here: [link]
For reference, our sun is a G2V star.
At size you can simply write down the size in sun masses (for the star) and earth masses (for the planet). Our sun is 1 sun mass and Earth is 1 earth mass, quite simple. Mars is for comparison 0.107 earth masses, and Sirius A, the brightest star on the sky, is 2.1 sun masses, and Proxima Centauri, our closest neighbour and a red dwarf, is 0.123 masses

Year and day is the length of a year and a full day on the planet. You can use existing planets for reference. Earth orbits the sun in 365.25 days (a year), and a day is 24 hours. A similar planet at a similar distance from a sun of similar size to sun, would have similar values.

Society
In this part you'll write about the society of the specie. The exception is the architecture section where you can draw up to three examples of your species' architecture. This includes houses and buildings as well as interior design.
In the equality section you can write how these different matters are seen in this society. Is there great gender discriminations? Are there big differences between the rich and the poor? Or is the society an equal utopia? Or somewhere inbetween?

Language
In this part you can write short information of their languages, like which sounds are very prominent and which are non-existant in their language. There's also a part about the names where you can tell how how and what this specie's are named. There's also a box for writing down some phrases in their language, maybe funny, maybe some greeting phrase. And in the last section you can write down their alphabet or whatever letters they may have.

Individuals
Here you can draw and write the names of any particular individs of the specie. Maybe a celebrity or other notable person, or just some of your characters of the specie.

Copyrights & TOS
In this last section you can write copyrights and Terms of Use for the specie. In the TOS you could either just write that their not an open specie, or if they are, any specific rules you may have for them. Like commercial use of them, how to credit, or just general use.
